This is a poster design created for an independent documentary 'Tangled Roots' produced by Heidi Schmidt Emberling of Spirit Productions. The documentary deals with Heidi's exploration of her own roots and the discoveries and reactions that evolved out of that journey. I used procreate Painter 7 software on a Macintosh G3 PowerBook (256 MB RAM, 12 GB hard drive) with a Wacom 6x9 Intuos tablet and stylus to collage and manipulate the photos, and add text and paint.
