Now is the time to invest in my art! A selection of my original paintings, drawings and fine art prints, including some earlier works never previously exhibited, will be on sale at special Open Studios pricing, only valid for the Open Studios weekend.

The Studio

Sutton Studios & Gallery is on the third floor of an industrial building, 1890 Bryant Street, that used to be part of a Best Food mayonnaise factory (hence the “BF” on the entrance way floor). The building front door, on Bryant Street at the corner with Mariposa Street, will be open to the public for the duration of the Open Studios. Just come on up! 1890 Bryant is nestled in the heart of San Francisco's vibrant historic Mission District amidst a vibrant community of artists, architects, film makers and vintners, Sutton Studios & Gallery is a beautiful 2,500 square foot facility with custom track lighting, 13' ceilings, 10' wide projection screen with surround sound, high speed wireless internet, wide format ink-jet printer, refreshment area, library corner, gallery, wet and digital painting areas, and seminar space. It is adjacent to excellent cafes (above Coffee Bar, one of the best in the city)and restaurants (Slow Club is close and delicous).

Directions

The studio is ten minutes by car from the city center, twenty minutes drive from San Francisco International Airport and is easily accessed by public transport (make use of the 511 Trip Planner). The 27 bus runs right in front of the studio door and the number 22 and 9 buses pass within two blocks. During Open Studios you should be able to find free street parking close by. Additionally there is three hour free parking at the Potrero Center two blocks away (16th and Bryant).
