Jester

1994

Created as a cover illustration for the April Fools issue of the San Diego Mac Users Group Journal MacIntouch. The original portrait, a live painting of a young boy, was painted, using a Macintosh PowerBook 280c with Fractal Design Painter software and a Wacom graphics tablet, prior to the creation of the Jester. The recorded session was replayed back on a new background to form the basis of this picture. Broderbond KidPix was used to create some of the background material.
